You've most likely heard of what happened to the Hotgo, if not? Well... Emegen was like any other Xaela, trying her best to survive. Of course, a land shared between fifty+ tribes, countless wildlife, and a yearly battle for control of the Steppe; was never going to make that easy.Her tribe? For reasons unbeknownst to her, had been slaughtered by the Dotharl whilst she was away. Was there an ongoing dispute between the tribes? Did the Dotharl eliminate a tribe planning to participate in the Nadaam? Did the Hotgo attack first? It's a question Emegen still thinks of to this day.No matter the reason, there was nothing left for her on the Steppe. With a handful of possessions, the Xaela packed up and moved to Eorzea, hoping to locate any remaining Hotgo and maybe find a new reason to live.

  • Rogue: Emegen was trained as a Rogue alongside other members of the Hotgo, using their skills to protect the tribe. She later used that training to aid her in Eorzea and earn gil. If you're within the same line of work, you may have heard the nicknames 'Blueberry' or 'Little Dragon'

  • Criminal Underworld: For the right price Emegen will accept most contracts. Anything from retrieving relics or information, to bodyguarding and assassination. Though she will always prioritize the latter. Please ask what her limits are.

  • Hotgo: She is a member of the Hotgo tribe, do you have ties to them? Maybe you're a fellow Hotgo? Emegen is always looking for more survivors.

  • Dotharl: This may be obvious, but her hatred of this tribe runs deep. While she no longer attacks the Dotharl on sight, she will still be incredibly hostile. Despite knowing not all members were responsible.
